So I know I have been a terrible mommy blogger of late, but we have really truly had a ton of things going on...
What do we have going on you ask?
Well for starters, Baby VanDerlofske #2 is currently baking :) (See Baby V #2 tab for most current {until 11/4} ultrasound picture...) No we don't know if it's a boy or girl yet, yes we are going to find out and will share when we do! Estimated Due Date of May 16, 2011!
Cassie is really on the go now she cruises around the joint like there is no tomorrow, she is standing more and more often on her own (though never ever when I have the camera handy). I think it will be about another month before she starts taking those first steps by herself, Christmas is going to be fun, though I think our tree is going to look a bit funky since we probably will only put ornaments on the top half of the tree :)
I don't remember where I left off on the milestones she has been hitting, but she now has two teeth and is chit chatting away telling her own little stories in her cute little voice. She HATES being put in the car seat hopefully she grows out of that soon, maybe when we put her front facing (not any time soon) she will not fight so hard. She has also started to point at things that she wants, and its just plain adorable when she does. We have slowly started giving her more and more finger foods, mostly fresh fruits (peaches are her favorite!) but we have given her pancakes and scrambled eggs as well both of which she loved :) (And no allergic reaction to the eggs so that is a good thing!)
On another note...we are trying to sell our house and Grandma Handy's and buy a nice new home with room for both families...So we finally accepted a bid on our house, inspections are currently on going. And we found what we hope will be our forever home after counteroffering back and forth for a while I think we finally settled on a deal so we will see where that goes! Lets just say though that we are really ready to have this whole buying/selling/inspecting/appraising with morning sickness and baby and pets experience over with.
